Why don't you guys put native Americans on your money? You know..the most persecuted group in US history..

An aside:
The congress will NEVER EVER eliminate paper currency in favor of electronic. If there was an electronic trace of every transaction, there would always be a chance of risk of discovery that does not exist when one is simply given a briefcase full of cash. And don't say Bitcoin, it's corrupt or corruptible, and/or hacked or hackable. Just give 'em that cold hard cash and get outta here. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
