Did you know that those against abortion also have factual and informative information?
If one looks at any argument to its truest extent, there is an abundance of information to support both sides of any argument.

The benefits far outweigh the aesthetics.
And I simply do not care. Must be tough for you to deal with that fact, that you cannot easily persuade just anyone to your way of thinking. Actually, no. I have shown you the information. If you choose to ignore it. that is your choice. The information stands on it's own. I have no stake in it at all.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

Yeah!
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

In a first world country, any potential consequences from non circumcision of a male are minimal. Circumcision then becomes an elective cosmetic surgery and based on the parents preferences. No one but the parents (so long as they are informed) should have any say in the matter. Outside a first world country this discussion may have more relevance.

For those of you that object on the grounds of "not medically necessary" and "infliction of unnecessary pain" you do understand that there are other cosmetic surgeries that are performed on neonates that are not considered medically necessary. Surgeries to modify external ear, eye skin, digit webbing, polydactyly, hemangiomas, nevi, other birth marks. None by definition "medically necessary" yet still performed.
Sorry if I restated a previous position.

The sensitive part has been removed. Not all areas of the foreskin are the same just like not areas of the labia are the same. Some more sensitive than others. If you think your glans is sensitive now after years and years of being exposed to clothing and touching how do you think it might feel if it had been protected by skin all this time?
The part that is removed has generally 20,000 more sensory cells in it than after you cut it off. 20k lovely little sexual firing pins that you just don't have anymore. Kind of like the difference between your penis head and your shaft. Just think what sex might be like if your shaft felt like your penis head feels during sex.
Sorry I made a pretty huge error in that post. I fell asleep after posting which is why I'm only correcting it now.
I'm actually UN circumcised. So I meant to type "Any other un circumcised males feel like that?"
So I have my full foreskin and it feels about as sensitive as the shaft, no where near as sensitive as the head.
After thinking about it though there are bits of the foreskin that are sensitive but just not in a sexual way. Sensitive like fingertips are sensitive but not orgasm educing.
I'm still against circumcision but I don't think cutting the sensitive part of the foreskin off would reduce sensitivity in the way that some people are thinking. It's sensitive yes, but not in the same way that the head is.
Well, from what I understand from a lot of males (most) is yes it is way more sensitive. But yours just may not. There are still some variables and not everyone is the same.
