Um.... birds of a feather....

Quote:WASHINGTON, D.C. - A federal court in Grand Rapids, Mich., has permanently barred Daniel Doyle Benham of Twin Lake, Mich., from selling “corporation sole” and “strategic withdrawal” tax schemes, the Justice Department announced today. Judge Gordon J. Quist of the Western District of Michigan signed the civil injunction order, to which Benham agreed without admitting wrongdoing.

According to the government’s complaint, Benham is alleged to have falsely advised customers that they could withdraw from the federal tax system by declaring bankruptcy, purportedly revoking their Social Security Numbers, surrendering licenses and permits, and transferring their assets to a so-called “corporation sole.”

Seems like a solid citizen to me.  Exactly the kind of asswipe I'd expect to see hanging around with Rense.

Okay... so he's a piece of shit...

That still doesn't change the fact that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 is something that needs to be looked at in depth because clearly, it is in part, responsible for a big part of what's wrong with this country's financial problems. That's where the focus needs to be.

So if I called the Fed tomorrow and asked the same questions and recorded similar answers, would that make me a piece of crap too?

Does everybody agree that paying income tax is unconstitutional in the US?

RE: A phone call to The Fed
There's a lot of things wrong in this country that violate the constitution. It is my understanding, that when it was first written, all taxes were to be equal, across all states. However, looking at any tax imposed by individual states or local municipalities even, are a violation because they aren't "equally" spread out among ALL US citizens. A good example is the gasoline taxes we pay. Pennsylvania currently has the highest gasoline tax out of all of the states with a rate of 50.5 cents. That rate is set to expire in 2017, when we could be facing another hike up to as much as 25 cents.

It's getting ridiculous to live here anymore.

The constitution was amended to permit the Income Tax Law of 1913.

The Supreme Court upheld the act in 1916.... the whining of right-wing assholes to the contrary notwithstanding.

No coincidence there that it was the same year as the Federal Reserve Act becoming law. Fuckers planned all that so the rich bankers could stay rich all the while knowing this country will never be able to pay off the national debt.
