As far as meditation goes, the best time to start if you are having a hard time making time (I said time a lot in that sentence, lol), is just before bed. I mean, IN bed, even. As you are laying there about to go to sleep, that is a great time to meditate. It can really improve your sleep, too.

Welcome to the forum. I was a member of the other place too, but not for long, I only manged 70 odd posts before it went down. Was noreligion finally banned? He was horrible. Always telling people he disagreed with to 'commit suicide and stop wasting his oxygen'. I found myself strongly sympathising with the theists, which is unusual for me.
