Alright, so I've heard about this love thing for a while.

Okay, so my brain's not developed enough to know the feeling and experience of love since I'm only 12 and I've got a few years. But I've wondered...

How the fuck will I know what it is when I'm older.
I felt some symptoms of it around someone but I doubt it'll last. I'm goin' to 8th grade in a few weeks so maybe by then I'll learn how to express it...
I'm pretty sure it's different from lust even though that is a factor I heard.


But for now I want to know what to expect when I'm in love or deeply in "like".

Is it the opposite is hate? I've felt "weak in the knees" but I'm not to sure.

But I don't every hate anyone I just strongly dislike them (except Ken Ham... fuck him).

So if you know what it is I'd like to know. If there is something I can "love" it's knowledge... It's so beautiful I can get off to that shit.

It is a very high level of affection of the sort that if it is taken away you really, really miss it.  Throw in the sexual/romantic aspect and it enhances the flavor of the affection to the point of creating an addiction.  It can even seem as if every good thing in life revolves around that one person.  But in fact, it could as easily revolve around a good number of people.

If going to the movies and personal interaction is off the table, you could always try corresponding with her through letters.  Written word requires a lot of effort, but is an excellent old school way of communicating with your hearts desire.  

As for your parents, they may come around and soften when they see the positive impact this girl has on you.  

Also, lose the profanity.  You're 12.  It shows lack of education and maturity.  Try articulating your thoughts with a wit and humor.

Just working. Pondering retirement in my 40's.

Fortunately for me He has always been around, even when I pushed Him aside. I'm thankful for the times He chooses to humble me for keeping them private and not for the world to see.

Also, I'm ready for college football to start back. Looks like the SEC West will be another bloodbath.

There's all kinds of different ways to "love" someone. I'd say that once you like someone enough, past a certain point it's an extreme form which becomes love. It can be for a very close friend, or for a partner. I suppose it is someone who it would break your heart if anything happened to them.

Regarding romantic love, I've found it hard to judge. I thought I found it when I was about 20. Then my next relationship made me realise what I had back then was nothing. Then my wife made me realise what I had that time was also nothing. So it's all relative.
