ROFLOL

Very loving there guy, to call us all d-bags and make sweeping generalizations about us.

Or is it???

Doesnt this just underscore my point?

That if you don't really know what the full range of love is then how in the world are you in a position to judge what I have done?

Is your love so narrowly defined that you can not imagine not even one instance where a harsh word would be demanded by love?

Hmmmm, isn't Drich a homophobe? Does this mean therefore that to be in a position to judge, Drich must have experienced some man-lovin?

Theists and atheists love the same, theists just have a made-up story about why they love. It's like the ones who are sure they will rape and murder if they don't have Jesus, but when they lose their faith, they don't rape and murder. It was never the idea of Jesus that was restraining them in the first place, they just thought it was.

....and if who you are changes to something he dislikes? what if 10 years from now who you were is a pail reflection of who you are then? Where would your husband be? I could not sleep at night if my wife's love was solely dependent on me being the same person she married 15 years ago.

Look at brad and angelina, I am 100% sure she loved him for who he was, and at the same time divorced him for who he was...

Yet this is the love you are bragging about??? Seriously?!?!?

People change and you either fall in love with them all over again or you fall out of love. Love doesn't hafta be forever, it doesn't lessen the love you had for the person at the time in who they were then. I've been married before and we were together from the time I was 16 to 23. The day we got married I was very happy and in love. But at that age you are still finding out what you want in life. He ended up changing his mind about what he wanted. He decided he wanted the military life and to move around the world. I was a military brat that was done with the military and wanted one home and stability. I ended up falling out of love with the new him and we divorced. My husband now has gone through huge changes in his personality and I just keep falling more in love with him every day. To compare him now to who he was when we first started dating is like looking at two different people but I have loved both versions of him. Human love isn't unconditional it is based on trust and (despite our lack of faith in god) faith in the person. I have faith that our love is more than any other emotion. At least I can hear my love tell me he loves me back and it's not in my imagination or some old book.

Drich believes his love is soooo much better than limited atheist love! His overactive imagination more than makes up for his lack of imagination.

I will acknowledge a wide range of ways to love others, but then again, not all ways of loves are favorable to me. Some I may find manipulative, some too selfish, objectifying, such as the way of love expressed in the Bible.

What makes you think I fear anyone?

Or are you trying to play against old christian stereotypes?
