That, and they won't hold back when they correctly portray her as an ignorant airhead who wants a theocracy.
So in truth, you're saying we should really hope that she continues to bash the media and lay the religion on thick.
I think our only hope is to get a different republican nominee. If she ends up with the nomination, there's absolutely no telling what could happen. Even conservatives who don't like her will still vote for her over Obama. I have a feeling this election is going to be quite literally blood thirsty.

Basically. I'm all for her to keep opening her mouth and to show how moronic she really is.

I haven't even read the OP, but I think almost all of religion in establishing a political platform is almost entirely for posturing and plays little to no part in their actual administration.
"There ought to be a term that would designate those who actually follow the teachings of Jesus, since the word 'Christian' has been largely divorced from those teachings, and so polluted by fundamentalists that it has come to connote their polar opposite: intolerance, vindictive hatred, and bigotry." -- Philip Stater, Huffington Post

Me too, but is there not a significant percentage of the American electorate that likes moron politicians? If so, what odds would you guys quote her chances?
A man is born to a virgin mother, lives, dies, comes alive again and then disappears into the clouds to become his Dad. How likely is that?

Until she officially decides to run I wouldn't want to give my predictions on odds. I think it would be fair to say though that she could be a favorite for the repubs.

Possibly a fair assessment overall, but I think there will always be exceptions.
It's well known now that George W. Bush was an avid supporter of "consulting god" while in the White House. He even implied in an interview after his presidency that he believed god wants all men to be free and thus America's military was acting under righteous direction when we invaded Iraq. (and other parts of the middle east)
However, I did not address religion's influence on the oval office in this particular OP. I was thinking purely politics on this thread.
