cops have to much power

Personally, for me:
1 - Each woman may be allowed to only give birth to one child.
2 - College is free, but one must also maintain at least a part-time job while attending higher education.
3 - Each individual earns the same amount of money per week despite his job.

I wouldn't enact any laws, as I'm not much of a politician or lawmaker. However, if I was a credible and respected individual of a society in which I lived, then I would propose three workplace leadership guidelines that may aid people in making the workplace operate in a more peaceful, smooth, and efficient manner. First, treat those whom you lead and work with as people (don't objectify them): this shows people that their leaders care about them, and if leaders care about their people, then those people will almost always put their best efforts forward when trying to help the company achieve its goals. Second, encourage workers to take initiative and take risks, so that they can develop and cultivate themselves as leaders and as unique individuals. In particular, encourage them to see you as a source of knowledge whom they can learn from: help them develop their own game-plans and credit them when they succeed. However, if they fail, don't bark at them or blame them: take responsibility for the failure and then help them constructively learn from it. Third, encourage peoples' hearts: find out what makes them unique and then help them bring their uniqueness and passion into their work; do this in a manner that enables them to grow while helping the organization flourish.
P.S. I deserve no personal credit for any of these ideas. These are all insights that I've learned from teachers/mentors and/or read in books about building successful organizations. Live long and prosper.

1. Legalise and monitor prostitution to keep the girls and the customers safe
2. Legalise cannabis
3. Free education
4. A life sentence means life - not out in twenty years
5. More money for science and medicine
6. Complete immunity from prosecution for me for the rest of my life.
7. Tax religious institutions that interfere in politics, education, and/or fit into MY definition of a cult
8. Legalise cannibalism to deal with not only the problem of starving people but of the growing population
9. Lock up all politicians in an asylum and let the inmates into parliament
10. Stronger sentences for people who annoy me.

2. Make right to die a human right and commercialize that sector without allowing advertising of it(like alcohol).
3. Complete 100% government transparency to its citizens.

1. Education is mandatory throughout the world, with a minimum of 10 years of schooling. (after that there's optional further education)
2. All drugs are legal, but under regulation by a bloated bureaucratic agency that quality tests distributors, collects drug taxes, etc.
3. All Marriage related laws are abolished, only recognized as a cultural phenomenon. This means no special treatment for marriage-related services, taxes, etc. If you want to go live with someone, ask for their consent, but it is a non-binding agreement to live together.
