I really enjoyed it too.
I set a rather low bar for superhero/starwars movies with my old age...
Except Star Trek. I'm indoctrinated.

I went with the parents. Their minds were blown, and I liked it pretty well, too. Not what I had expected at all, but I didn't see the trailer beforehand.

I'll see it at some stage, probably when it's out on Blu-ray.
Superhero movies: it's a mixed bag for me. Enjoyed some of the Marvel ones. Doctor Strange, I thought was crap.
Star Wars: Since the sequel trilogy I've been kinda "meh". Force Awakens was not bad, and would have been better if Jar Jar Abrams hadn't been involved. But I rate Rogue One as one of the top three Star Wars movies, probably second after Empire.
Star Trek: None of the Abrams Trek have been Trek and I doubt I'll be seeing the new "Discovery" series. Didn't like the idea of "Retro Trek" when they brought out Enterprise (which killed the franchise) and it seems the idiots haven't learned their lesson...

I'm not into a lot of super hero movies but I took my daughter to Wonder Woman while we were on vacation and we both gave it thumbs-up.

Actually it kind of resembles a design on the helmet of a Marvel comics character, Nova (which is just one of many characters in the Nova Corps, similar to DC's Green Lantern Corps, and which were featured in the first Guardians of the Galaxy film).
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?

There is no better way to convey the least amount of information in the greatest amount of words than to try explaining your religious views.

You just know that you'll clash with this character, right?
