Treasure Island, Robinson Crusoe, Kidnapped, Around the World in Eighty Days, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Great Expectations, A Christmas Carol, A Tale of Two Cities, Oliver Twist, All of Sherlok Holmes, and others where one might find 'what has', 'what could', 'what did', 'what might', and other somesuch what one would say.
