That's bidness. I was told by a medical worker once that living on a single kidney shortens lifespan, but looking at the studies, that doesn't seem to be the case.
Either way you slice it (pun intended, hardy-har), it's their body. Outlawing organ sales would seem to fall afoul the 4th Amendment.

No but in all seriousness I'd love to fuck a hooker. I think you just pointed out the double standard people have regarding this issue. You want to screw other people's women relatives but do you want other guys to screw yours? Would you be OK with your mother, sisters, daughters being hookers? If not why not since you want other people's mothers, sisters, and daughters to be hookers for you?
There's a story about that in the Bible, the entire chapter Genesis 38. Judah was OK with screwing a hooker until he found out that his daughter-in-law was one and then he wanted to burn her alive. He changed his tune when he found out that it was him who had knocked her up.

Oh, so you wouldn't be ok with someone close to you being a sex-worker, but you're absolutely fine with just about anybody picking up your mother, sister, or daughter in a bar, plying her with alcohol, lying through their teeth, just so they can f*ck her every-which-way and then never call, leaving her feeling used and heart-broken? No? Why not, since it's perfectly legal?
Talk about double standard - smooth-talking predatory sociopaths, treating sex as a sport get to do whatever they want and - even worse than that - they're usually looked up to by their peers, because they're "players". But if someone outright pays for sex, with no deception, or intoxication involved - well, that's just monstrous.
And what about porn? No, I'm positively certain you never even looked at porn, because - of course - you wouldn't like your family members to publicly do double anal, or a2m, for money? Yet - prostitution in US is legal as long as you film the act and put it online. And your mother, sister and daughter are free to pursue that career, so what's stopping them?...
You know - I don' t want my mother to wipe the a**es of old, bed-ridden people, but someone still needs to do that job. Prostitution exists and will continue to exist, legal or not - because it's necessary. And it's obviously not a job for everyone, just like making porn, or stripping - if you take good care of women you care about, chances are they will have other options, employment-wise. But there are plenty of people, who don't have other options and who currently have to resort to breaking the law, because people like you are afraid, that the moment prostitution becomes legal - all your mothers, sisters and daughters will be sucking d*cks on the corner...

I doubt very much I'd have an issue with my female relatives being prostitutes, other that the safety concerns inherent in that profession.

I was in the Navy for 20 years and sampled a variety of systems. Olongapo was wide-open unabashed. Moderate crime, mostly hookers bolting with GI's wallets. Perth, professional operations, clean and secure. (Literally, barbed wire around the one I visited last.) San Diego, you had to know someone who knew someone to find a brothel. The massage parlor were circumspect but "handy". (I didn't just say that, did I?)

I agree with prostitution being legalized, it's just the rules you have probably wouldn't cover everything and I'm sure you didn't really mean to say that literally every customer has to be accepted.
It would be dealt with the same with anything on a regulated marketplace with age restrictions and other reasons where organizations can reasonably refuse sale to a customer.
Actually the refusal of sale to a customer brings up some interesting dilemmas I never thought about in relation to legalized prostitution. Because obviously on a normal market place you can't refuse sale to someone because of their race, but what if a prostitute has very strong racial preferences and is sexually repulsed by a particular race. Or would they be allowed to simply refuse sale because they were repulsed by the customers ugliness or disability.

Legal brothels in certain Nevada counties has been a reality for a long time. The ladies are screened regularly, condoms are mandatory, and since the workers are technically independent contractors they have final say over whether to book a party. Yes, the brothels require them to negotiate with an interested customer, but they set their own prices as well as draw the line over what they are willing to do. Don't want to do business with a particular customer? Price yourself out of the negotiation and politely pass him along to another lady more likely to meet his terms.
