What is your favorite Queen song?

RE: What is your favorite Queen song?
I've loved their music for decades, though I didn't really become what you might call a fan until Freddie died. That's principally because they were part of the soundtrack to my childhood, alongside everything else. Bo Rhap of course is the standout; trailed closely by Killer Queen, Save Me, I Want It All, Headlong, Seaside Rendezvous - there isn't really a 'bad' track in their catalogue. The first, a cappella, half of We Will Rock You is the greatest rock anthem of all time.

I have rather drifted off them in more recent years, ever since they sold out. It's impossible to watch commercial television without one of their songs trying to sell shit; and Ben Elton's stage bastardisation marked the beginning of the end. Which is a shame.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

I have Another One Bites the Dust on my Windows playlist right now.

The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

Incidentally, for anyone interested a YouTuber named David R. Fuller has a ton of Queen karaoke videos, made using the actual music. Eg:

Don't Stop Me Now is probably my favorite, but Bohemian Rhapsody is a masterpiece. Don't make me choose! Tongue

It's a toss-up between "Keep Yourself Alive" and "Stone Cold Crazy."

The harmonies on The Prophet's Song send chills down my spine.

I don't really have one, but if you held my feet to the fire I would grudgingly admit to Radio Gaga. My dislike of Queen is probably down to that foul wailing tone Brian May adopted and never ever changed, he was a shite guitar player anyway. As for Bohemian Rhapsody, I hated it forty years ago and I hate it now.
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

I'm in the same camp as Succubus -- was never really a fan but would pick "Radio Ga Ga" if I had to choose.

The one time I was ever blown away by them was their performance at Live Aid. But I wasn't blown away enough to subsequently buy any of their albums.

Under Pressure is one of my top favorite songs from anyone. It just gives me chills.

Bohemian Rhapsody though is so much fun to sing with in crowds. Bicycle Race is fun too!

You know how someone can ruin a song for you just by liking it? Yeah I can't listen to Fat Bottom Girls anymore. Sad

Queen is soooooo good though, all their songs are good!

Also if your signature makes my scrolling mess up "you're tacky and I hate you."
