It does indeed, and it's a dramatic improvement in performance over my Ford with its 4-cyl. I discovered the other day that it also handles much better in sloppy weather -- back end is much less squirrelly and the wider tires keep it nice and straight.

With the relatives coming over xmas eve, Lia started pulling photos to share.  These didn't make that cut but I found them interesting.  Photos of the missus and I going back to just before we got hitched.

Lia at 39, me at 29 on a visit to my parents taken in their backyard, about 35 years ago.
