Theoretically nothing because all of the mass in the universe was contained in one minute point known as a singularity.

I wasn't necessarily trying to undermine what frankiej was saying either. I was more trying to show that the original question you asked is a pointless one. I do not see how it would relate to your talk of number zeros because you cannot even begin to comprehend what may be outside the realms of our own universe, I actually agree with frankiej in that there must also be some other concept of time outside the realms of our own universe simply due to the fact that for some reason the big bang happened in the first place. This doesn't necessarily mean I am correct however, I'm just making an educated guess.
