Found this:
http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/uber-ari...-1.4594939 My take: apparently the vehicle Uber adds their self driving technology has some anti-collision technology that is not used or not integrated with the Uber technology. It is unclear (to me at least) if the Uber technology is supposed to duplicate or extend the capabilities of the basic vehicle they've added their system too. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Really, why? 3.5 billion people running around smoking cigarettes and riding on Hoverounds is really going to suck. Where are we going to get all the batteries and tobacco? Seems anytime power over someone is given, the contest and corruption starts.
By disallowing those in "power" to have a say while placing the system directly in the hands of the people.

Nobody will be smoking cigarettes in 2040.
And with "Vape" being the new craze, as well...

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
