Hello Diamond. I decided that I wanted to know if there were some atheists out there actually seeking answers to their questions concerning Christianity. I thought I might be able to help and I knew it would challenge me. Thanks for asking, what brought you here?

Well I first came here as part of an experiment for my Cosmology Q&A research to the origins of the universe ....... It went really, really well.

Now I'm here to bring as many of these heretics back to the light as soon as possible, I have one in mind in particular who I believe needs saving .... you may have met him (whistles).

If this is the only greeting you can muster, so be it. I believe I already stated why I'm here and "telling atheists what to do" wasn't on the list. My time here has been beneficial for me as a Christian and may in turn be beneficial for someone that trusts my opinions are being given to edify and help people who are willing to listen.

I suppose it is always a possibility (albeit a slim one). But first you will have to prove yourself to be someone from whom they would want to seek answers from. For example, if you prove yourself to be another typical fundamentalist Christian then it is unlikely that they will seek answers from you about Christianity—because you would not be the first, and they have heard all those same answers before. To garner their curiosity you have to represent something they have NOT heard a thousand times before. THEN the questions would come.

I just reread your response, I agree. I believe that people will ask questions to people they feel are approachable, respectable, trustworthy, understanding and friendly. It doesn't mean they will accept what is said, but they know this person has no intention of putting them down for asking questions and is not upset with an opposing view. I hope that I can be the person that someone for someone. In the meantime I plan to start threads here and there so people can reveal their thoughts and we can all reason together. I know I have plenty to learn and I'm fine with that.

Yes there are adults, adults and adults. Each "grouping of adults" think and speak slightly differently. knowing which "group" you fall in would help in communication with you.

More dramas have been created in these recent years by bowing down to whinging minorities. This is an atheists forum that is happy to engaged in reasonable dialogue and debate with theist who do not deserve any privilege or special treatment.

Grammar is the only way to communicate if one is using only the written word. Otherwise all inflection is lost, intention misconstrued and then we end up with idiots like you complaining and screaming "we are the victims here!!"
