I am insulted that you would call Massive Attack hip-hop. It's actually a sub genre of electronic music called trip-hop. I know, that's anal of me, but it's an important distinction.
Here is a band I like
It's a little different from Massive Attack but still good. If you're looking for something more along the lines of what you posted, look at Tricky's(from Massive Attack) solo stuff. Amon Tobin has some good stuff along the same lines but not all of it is in that genre. Also, check out anything on the Ninjatune record label.
That's what I could think of offhand. If you want more, I'll look at my library.
