Secondly, how would their civil lawsuits depend on guilty verdict in this case? May I remind you, that despite OJ having been found not guilty, he was still sued by victim's families and lost.

Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit Moves Forward Against Bill Cosby

Quote:The New York Daily News reports, a California judge ruled yesterday that “the 2016 sexual battery complaint filed by model Chloe Goins can move forward after it was virtually frozen pending the outcome of Cosby’s Pennsylvania criminal case.”

Riiiight... And the remaining 60?

 I got the receipts.

Downbeatplumb started this thread about fundamentalist christian group to refusing to accept a Harvey Milk Stamp.

When it was pointed out that they were refusing the stamp because Harvey Milk was a damn sexual predator (he was buggering an underage boy, which is statutory rape), all the 'splaining' in that thread was ridiculous.

This is from Downbeatplumbs own link.

https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2014/05..._hp_ref=uk

Quote:The US Postal Service recently released the set of stamps commemorating the country’s first elected gay official, however an organisation called the American Family Association (AFA) has demanded its followers do not accept packages or letters bearing the “predator’s” face, arguing, “He is the last person we should be featuring on a stamp”.

Released on Wednesday, an AFA press release stated: “Honouring predator Harvey Milk on a U.S. postage stamp is disturbing to say the least. Harvey Milk was a very disreputable man and used his charm and power to prey on young boys with emotional problems and drug addiction.”

You won't find one athiest referring to Harvey Milk as a 'scumbag' like they do with Bill Cosby.

Like I said, I'm using dbp's own logic.

I don't know who Harvey Milk is, but if he did what you said he did, he's a scumbag and a piece of shit.

So is Bill Cosby.

Happy?

I'm an atheist. If he fucked underaged boys, he's a scumbag. I said it. I agree with some of the posters in that thread that fucking teenagers doesn't make you a pedophile by definition, but in some areas, it makes you a rapist by the legal definition. On a personal level, I don't think it's morally right to be an adult out of your early twenties and sleep with teens. Therefore, I think Milk is a scumbag in light of those actions.
