Meh.
Yeah, I tried but really couldn't get into that one.
Going to start on the newest season of AHS.
4400 is incredibly hard to watch.
But Jeffrey Combs is in it...

I would not have expected you, of all AFers, to latch onto Charmed.
Okay, it's not as obvious as some of Aaron Spelling's other shows, but it's still pretty blatantly as huge a part of the show as magic, and I'm surprised our resident gay otter would be into it.

What's not to love about strong, powerful female leads? We gay men revere strong women, after all. And in a country full of Trump men, we need strong female role models.

Well, let's hope that they got an overhaul from the 90s version that actually does make them strong role models this time around.

Bitch, please. The 90s trio were strong role models.

I really enjoyed the original Charmed. I started rewatching it a while back, but it takes a season or two before the stories advance beyond the stage of a timely rescue by a deus ex machina.
I added the new series 9-1-1 to my DVR queue. Given the previews, it looks like a show that I would enjoy. I haven't had time to watch it yet. (It's only been on my DVR a short while.)

I honestly think it had to do with Shannen Doherty. She seemed to be going through something personal that simply affected her acting and her relationships with other actors.
The show improved when Rose McGowan appeared.
Interestingly, Light as a Feather has a higher rating than the new Charmed.
