Looking at the poll so far, there is clearly voter fraud going on.  I will not accept the results until a fair, open, and impartial investigation gives me the result I want. If this does not happen, I will take the drastic step of storming out of the room in an overly dramatic fashion.

So I took a few minutes to read about this, listen to the song, and figure out what the controversy was all about. After that, I have to emphatically say "No" I wouldn't remove it. Within the context, there is nothing inappropriate being implied. If you start interjecting nonsense, then you can come to the conclusion of people wanting it removed. When a child throws a tantrum, you ignore the tantrum. If you coddle them, it's enabling them and every time they want something, they'll throw a tantrum. If you ignore the tantrum, they may or may not try something else, but at some point they're going to realize it's pointless in regards to trying to get their way. If you consistently say "no" to the people wanting the song removed, eventually they'll just start bothering the ones who bow to their wishes. The other option would be for them to boycott or pursue legal action, but in this case it would probably be the equivalent of a cartoon character running into a brick wall and having all the cash float out of their pocket.
