Meh. I'm on a weird diet. The best thing I have cooked all week required no cooking. However, it tasted fucking good.

1 Avacado diced
1 1/4 slice of red onion diced
1/2 tomato diced
1/4 to 1/2 cup of garlic herb feta
Mix and eat with crackers

You'll love it. Make sure the avocado is dark brown when you buy it or you won't be able to use it for a few days. Unripe avocado tastes like shit.

You will know the avocado is ripe if it is a bit "squishy" and not hard.

Mix some fresh garlic into the mix.

Fry the garlic bulbs in olive oil until they are soft and then smash them with a spatula, remove the garlic skin, and mix it with the green avocado shit...

Avocado doesn't ripen until you pick it, so it is commonly unripe in the store. If you can't find a ripe one, put it in a paper bag with an apple in a dark place, such as a cupboard, for a few days. It will ripen faster that way.

I always just let the avocado sit on the bar for a week or so.
