Anyway, sleep time for real.

G'night.

Your evasion, selective word choice in replying. CHanging the topic during the reply in regards to people's questions is fekkin' annoying thought, M4X.

My "evasion" was because it was after 3 am.  So my "evasion" was actually the necessity for   "sleep", as I stated several times.

Regardless, I don't know that there were any loose ends that needed to be tied.  If you feel there are, then feel free to share. Smile

Also, would love to hear more about your obsession with magic.  Maybe it's not an "obsession" but you tend to talk about it a lot.  Maybe you're into Harry Potter or something?  I dunno.

The fact that, even awake, you are trying to shift the whole 'Magic' thing back on to me?

You area deist?

You are certain a deity exists?

You are certain a deity is acting upon the world?

You are certain that any explanation we mgith give will be wrong because we can not know the total/true abilites of said deity?

Yake your time in reply. Have more coffee.

I bet I won't get any straight answers to the above, simple, straight questions.

Not at work.

Of course I'm shifting it to you.  You are the one who keeps bringing it up.  I don't practice magic and it's not really an interest of mine.  I don't have any specific belief that calls for magic., yet you constantly apply it in conversations with me.  So if it's not me, and it's our conversation, and you're saying it, it must be you.

What said deity?  I'm not a deist and don't recall indicating that.  It's very rare that I even discuss myself as a subject in terms of labels, because then you get things lumped on top of you associated with it.

I give you straight answers, but then you constantly insist I must believe something else.  For example, asking me about a global flood.  I told you very specifically my position on it, yet you keep asking me about global floods.  You also did the same thing with kangaroos.  You asked me how they got to Australia, and I stated that my best guess was that if they needed to get there, maybe they were taken in a boat.  I wasn't there, so it's a guess.  What more do you want?

Well.. this is a totally nonproductive conversation.

Even after posting four more direct questions I still get zero answers.

So... M4X?

Why should people actually talk/post to you?

Not at work.

Then don't talk/post directed at me. I'm not making you.   Happy to talk to you, and not offended if you don't.

If I'm not 100 percent certain of a "yes" or "no" answer, there's no reason to conclude something, now is there?

Not everything should be perceived in black and white.  Many times the answer is somewhere in the middle between two possibilities.

Something can't be productive when one person closes their ears while insisting the other person only says what they want them to say.
