That's some epic bullshit right there. Your kid has bone cancer, how were they supposed to avoid that? Your kid is walking along and falls through a crack in the earth caused by a sudden earthquake, how were they supposed to avoid that? You're a subsistence farmer and your country is in a prolonged drought, you finally have to abandon your farm, the only asset you own, and walk someplace with more water; but unfortunately your spouse dies on the way because they make sure the children have enough water even if it means they do not, you were not in control of that situation because you didn't have the resources to migrate away before it got that bad. Tragedies can't always be avoided, and claiming that they always can be is one of the most profoundly stupid comments I have ever heard, and that is saying a lot.

Cancer is not a disease and disease does not exist.
