Why did the Qur'an describe that the forehead of the head as a liar and transgressor (sinner)? Why didn't the Quran say that the person was the liar and transgressor? What is the relationship between the forehead of the head and lying and transgressing?

Inside the skull, just in the front of the head, we find the pre-frontal area of the brain.

According to the book Essentials of Anatomy and Physiology says about this area: "The motivation and ability to plan and initiate movements occurs in the anterior portion of the frontal lobes; the pre-frontal zone ..."

The book also says: "because of its association in motivation, the pre-frontal zone is also the functional center of aggression ...."

So, this area of the brain is responsible for planning, motivating and initiating the right or sinful behavior and is responsible for the person telling a lie or a truth. In this way, it is more proper to describe the forehead of the head as a liar and sinner or transgressor when someone lies or commits a sin, as God says in the Qur'an: "that liar and transgressive forehead"


Scientists have discovered these functions of the Pre-Frontal zone only in the last 60 years, according to Professor Keith L. Moore. The Quran, revealed over 1400 years ago in the midst of ignorance and the desert. Coran is not human work.
