Well it's just my opinion, you don't have to believe me as I'm just some guy on the internet, you do what you like with your cancer if you eventually succumb to it.

Sure thing.
Quote:Slander is a legal term that your little experience with Kichi does not fall under. Where it does not pertain to law, it isn't quite slander. You have to have a good name being smeared for it to be slander.
Slander is a synonym for defamation.

Stop moving the goalposts. Do you think cancer can be reduced or treated with video games? Not the bad mood caused by having cancer, not aid in research, actually help make cancer go away, as a medicine?
Slander is not a synonym for defamation -- at all. They are similar, but legally speaking, defamation is written and slander is oral. For it to even be defamation, it would have to be verifiably false, though stated as fact.
The video doesn't mention video games, by the way.

Well, you're right, we're not orally communicating, but we're communicating nonetheless.
No, I never said as a medicine, but you do underestimate the power of positive thinking, I think it could actually help in further progression of the virus. Diet, exercise, meditation and other things play a role in alternative treatment.

Cancer is not a virus. That just shows that you are ignorant of the minutiae, yet discuss healing it anyway. So, not as medicine. So, you think that the positive thinking someone might get from playing video games can make cancer stop growing or grow slower?
Kichi, so far so good. I made the first word challenge, 15,000 by yesterday and thensome. Today, I zipped past 19,000. I will have 20,000 plus by tomorrow night. I think I can do it, but if I start thinking of it as I have more than double what I have done left to go, I clam up. I think I crammed too much of my plot into the beginning because I had no way to gauge how much I would be able to fit into the word count and I really want it to be complete, so I may have to add some flair or change the ending a bit.

Good luck with it then...may you can get some "vagie" inspired psycho babble, waffle to fluffout the ending??

You're right, I'm ignorant of the fact that it's neither bacteria or a virus.
Yes, I think thoughts have a powerful effect on our bodies, but I would personally opt for euthanasia if it were legal.
Prevention of cancer in the first place through healthy lifestyle is the best place to start.

Sometimes you cannot prevent cancer, but at least you can admit that it is neither infection nor virus.

The unfortunate thing is that even with a "healthy lifestyle" you will still get cancer (or any other terminal disease). I heard that the figures coming in from the "Slip, Slop, Slap" program are not encouraging and many are suffering from Vitamin D deficiency diseases. The cancer it was supposedly to prevent is still rampant.
