1) Even if the women took the pills willingly without knowing what they were, if they incapacitate her and he has sex with her, it's still rape.
2) What makes 60 women accusing Bill Cosby of rape different from, for instance, hundreds of people witnessing the sun doing shit that the sun shouldn't be able to do without life as we know it ending? The fact that these testimonies are strengthened by A) their independence of each other, and B) other sources less likely to be invested in what they have to say (in this case, Cosby himself).

I just want to know if you think Cosby has ever raped someone. It’s a simple question. Why are you so afraid to answer it?

At work.
So, standing on the outside looking in kind of thing...
Question: "Do you think Bill Cosby ever raped some one?"
Answer: "Yes. Yes I do think Bill Cosby raped someone(s)."

What happens if he says no? Whatever his reasons for suspending judgment might be, they should be respected by the forum. It's disfavorable to stigmatize or punish people for their thoughts.

Right, everything is just a difference of opinion. Sooner or later, or..arguably, already, we'll swirl around the drain of rape itself being just another opinion while simultaneously concern trolling each other about stigmatization over mere differences of opinion.
It's a super great look.

I like how you use the laws as a shield for your vile opinions and were actually interested in justice for the victims of a proven serial rapist.

He wouldn’t be punished for saying he didn’t think Cosby raped anyone. And, no - such a statement should NOT be ‘respected by the forum’. It should be treated with the contempt and stigmatization it deserves for flying in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
What Huggy’s been saying all along is that it was right, proper, and legal to set aside Cosby’s rape conviction. This is NOT rape apologetics. If he were to say, ‘Bill Cosby raped a lot of women, but that’s ok’, he’d be appropriately punished.

What purpose would your contempt and stigmatization serve beyond moral grandstanding?
