To be honest, I always felt bad for that kid on the cover. I mean, not that it is necessary porn but still, using him as if he was just a thing so that they could push their political message.

Whatever the reason is that this suit has been filed...the truth of it is that the young man's naked image is out there for all to see and at the time the picture was taken and originally distributed, it's pretty obvious that he didn't have a say in the matter.
I certainly cannot judge how having his image out there for anyone and everyone to see has affected him. Why did he wait till now?
