The difference between the two, is you could tell that the Frida cover was a guy really trying to play along. This sounds like he simply played the original track without his own guitar playing in with it. In other words "too perfect".
In both cases the "perfect" album quality cannot be found even in a live concert. Look at where this guy is allegedly playing. Not a sound studio, but his own bedroom. You are not going to get that quality that you are allegedly claiming here in this video in a non studio environment. This guy was merely mimicking the song on a real studio track.
My guy playing the Frida cover was real, so of course it isn't going to be perfect.
You understand that ‘air guitar’ means you’re not actually holding a guitar, right?

I always have trouble deciding if I should watch a guitar player's hands or their face. The really good players seem to all make interesting faces when they are into it.
