Ye cows don't much like koalas.
They used to get on OK but there's been a lot of deforestation and Koalas have found it hard making a living. Many of them have taken jobs on alien research ships as anal probe technicians, they have an aptitude for it apparently. Anyway we all know the bovine ass is of particular interest to alien folk and well, cows know how to hold a grudge and koalas just have to bear it, even though they're not bears.

Yes they are,and if you pick one up it will empty its bladder all over you and give you fleas.

Oh, just like the kangaroo and most other Australian native animals, the koala makes the average sheep seem intellectually gifted.

Nature is bloody cruel. I mean, why would they attack them? What harm could they do? It's like me killing a little bird that flew into my house just because it's in my territory. Nature doesn't really do why, it just does. Like when a fully fed cat still goes off to kill a bird even though he can't eat anymore. Just following instinct.
In nature, there is no such thing as fairness or honour. Killer Wales have many times brutally killed seals and penguins for fun. Didn't bother to eat them. Already full.

Nature: It's beautiful and remarkable as well as brutal and horrific.
