So, can anyone tell us what really happened to cause the forum to be down for five days?

I'm alright, thanks... trying to get fit now and lose weight in spite of this pathetic fragile body of mine that is sadly so prone to injury Sad My sister got me onto using this Garmin smart watch thing, and pairing that with a weight loss app to log my food. It's basically my new obsession and I'm getting there slowly but steadily, but I do wish I wasn't so prone to injury. So yeah, that's me really... and here on AF not posting as much as I used to, just mainly lurking... how about you, how are you doing? I'm glad from the other thread that you're in a good place right now Heart

Oh that’s exciting! Being prone to injury is no fun but I’m glad you’re sticking with it. Getting healthier is awesome. I really am in a great place. I’m happy, fairly healthy considering, kids are great (my 12 year old is a full inch taller than me what the heck), relationship stable and fulfilling…life is good.
