Also, do you use white noise at night, say, a fan or an app that produces such? You can also buy pre-made boxes online. Works wonders for me, along with 7.5 mg of melatonin.

Be patient with yourself.  Changing lifelong patterns takes time.

I would look into CBT workbooks. It takes time and effort to see results, but it's something you can do on your own.
