For some reason I was awake about 3 this morning. Oh goodie. Gonna be a long day. Just once, I would love to have a good, solid night's sleep that doesn't involve being sedated and in the hospital.

Morning coffee. Long day ahead. Exercise and shower at 8:00. Getting things ready for gift wrapping at 9:00. Therapy via Zoom at 10:00. ILS appointment 11:30-1:30. Then it's off to Maplewood to donate blood plasma.

Therapist is out sick.  No therapy today.

I ended up getting some gift bags from Target that I thought were nicer, but they're also a couple of inches smaller. I luckily didn't need to backtrack and get a larger size, but it's close -- there's less than an inch for tinsel or whatever to cover the stocking stuffers on top.

Donating plasma. I've got a bit of a mess waiting for me at home tonight. Looking for the box with my headphones in it, I ended up pulling about a dozen bankers boxes out of the closet and they weren't in any of them. They were another place that I didn't think had any storage boxes. My wireless buds only had a 55% charge so I stuck them on the charger and forgot to grab them when I left. Thankfully I threw a cheap pair of corded headphones in as well.

Put up the tree today. All Star Wars figures, except for pickle rick.

Realizing that I could get my NIX fix from running Open Sol on a file server instead of a container under TrueNAS. I haven't had a Solaris machine in ages. I'm experiencing waves of nostalgia.

Listening to the puppy growl and bark at the cat. The cat may be four times bigger than the pup. The cat seems unconcerned.
