I'm assuming there's an exploit that involves opening an attachment because I get a ton of those with a vague and (supposedly) alarming title and body with an attachment. I wonder if I can quarantine any email that comes with an attachment. The basic spam filters associated with MS and Google mail seem adequate to me, but I'm sure that I could improve that. But rather little makes it to my inbox as it is.

I got both together and glad to have lived through it.  I am not sure which one, or if it was the combo, that made me sick but within just a few hours I felt like death.  It made for a long, miserable weekend.

Quite pleased that the side effects of the pneumonia shot were minimal and short-lived.
