Personal experience:  heart stopped for nearly two minutes after a riding accident (some have seen the scar).

Just blackness.

Nothingness.

No white light.

No dead relies.

Nothing.

Nada.

Zilch.

Much the same for me. When the bomb went off, I recall feeling something like a full-body punch, then I woke up in hospital. Nothing in between. I was told I coded for about twenty seconds.

So what are we talking about here? An omnipotent deity that's gormless enough to yoink out your soul when you aren't really dying, realize its boo-boo, and give you some cryptic visions before cramming you back into your meat sack? Worshipping that would be positively cringeworthy.

He came with scripts for different threads. He adressed only those comments, to which there were potential answers in his script. He chose to ignore those damning rebuttals that he had no answers for, not even wrong ones.

All he had is kindergarden history (crusaders came to help the byzantzines. RC church = modern science), kindergarden philosophy (first cause argument, ignoring the special pleading), and dishonest presentations of science.
On top of that very simple fallacies like "science cant explain NDEs (yet!), therefore God".

Pretty pathetic actually.

The problem with NDEs is that they always and ONLY reference the culture, music and knowledge of the culture the person having one, lives in.

He's obviously new to all this. We've been answering this crap for 10 years, or longer. 
Nothing is new. I haven't seen a new argument from them for years. 
Actually almost everyone has given up arguing this amateur stuff.

This site has some very well known "Christian" (cough) "scholars", I think it includes my favorite NT scholar who says "risen" from the dead, is mis-translated (should be ''exalted', just as all the other Jewish apocalyptic heroes were "exalted"). The Messiah was never to rise from the dead. AND no Jewish hero ever (before) rose from the dead. The appearances of a risen Jesus in the NT all meet the definition of (Jewish) "shade".
