Everything that he wants to talk about in his theory is trivial. The only interesting thing about the whole bit is the one thing he's learned not to say, lol.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

No. Place names in Croatia is a trivial topic. It isn’t incumbent upon other people to try to replicate your results. This isn’t cold fusion, ffs.

I don't understand. Look, if somebody says " I think your experiment is flawed because the collision entropy of the nouns in the Croatian language is significantly lower than the collision entropy of all the words in the Aspell dictionary.", isn't the burden of proof on him, rather than on me?

Well, I am talking about the things I am most certain about, namely, that this k-r pattern in Croatian river names cannot be due to chance. I have a p-value for that: it's somewhere between 1/300 and 1/17. I have no idea how I would calculate the p-value for the names related to Vukovar Massacre being ironic (symbolic) and suggesting the event is mythological.

But that's not what neuralbeans told you. You quoted him as saying:
Quote:"Maybe the collision entropy of the nouns in the Croatian language is a lot lower than the collision entropy of all the words in the Aspell word-list for the Croatian language. Have you checked that? Toponyms are nouns, and you should be comparing them to other nouns, and not to all the words in the Aspell word-list.".
He's offering a suggestion for something you should look into, not making a positive claim. The burden of proof is always and forever on the person making a positive claim (you) and not on the person pointing out an issue with your methodology (neuralbeans).

Reginald.
I feel Reginald would be a good name for some place in Croatia.
Or Shirley, if it's a girl-place.

True, but 'The P-Value For The K-R Pattern In Croatian River Names' would be an awful name for a band.

As far as I understand it, the burden of proof is on the person making a positive claim all until he gives some proof. Once he gives some proof, the burden of proof shifts to the person claiming the proof is flawed. Think of The Mad Revisionists, the conspiracy theorists who claim the Moon doesn't exist. The burden of proof is obviously on them, because we have a proof that the Moon exists. That proof is that we see the Moon. They claim that proof is flawed, because perhaps the Moon is a hologram projected on some giant balloon, so the burden of proof is on them.

Well, there is a river in north-west Croatia named " Krapina". Mainstream linguistics considers that name to come from the Proto-Slavic word " korpъ" (carp fish). However, I think it is Illyrian in origin, that the Illyrian name was something like "Karpona", or, less likely, something like " Kurrippuppona".

I like how you preface so many of your posts with, ‘As far as I understand it…’ and then proceed at a breakneck pace to demonstrate that you don’t understand it at all.
