RE: Palestine
So, the 1400+ Israelis killed by Hamas is immaterial, I suppose? Where’s YOUR humanity?

Israel killed 4000 + civilians in Gaza in 2 weeks only. Thousands -if not Millions- across the years.

It’s not about the body count. You’re right to condemn Israel for the slaughter of civilians, you’re wrong to fail to condemn Hamas for doing the same.

Neither side has the moral high ground in this conflict.

The body count shows the amount of damage each side is causing.

The Israeli army is causing over-killing and massacres on purpose.
I won't equate Hamas to the IDF because such comparison is not fair; neither mathematically nor from a humanitarian side .

Hamas could've caused higher fatalities if it bombed schools and hospitals. But it didn't. What happened to the propaganda of Israel which accused Hamas of being ISIS ?

Israel did on the other hand !

Again, the numbers don’t count. Hamas launched a terror campaign, Israel responded with war crimes. If both sides had restricted their attacks to non-civilian targets (police stations, military installations, etc), I’d likely give Hamas the moral edge, given Israel’s abominable treatment of the Palestinians.

Since they didn’t, I won’t.

Also, the asymmetry in how well-equipped the IDF and Hamas are might account for the  disparity in their respective body counts.  As I've mentioned numerous times, Hamas' own charter has spelled out that their end goal is genocidal. If they had as much weaponry as the IDF, there's no way in Hell Israel would have killed three times as many people as Hamas did.

RE: Palestine
There are many proximal reasons for the discrepancy in casualties suffered by the two sides, including Israeli sides superior organization, training, preparedness, equipment, and planning (all admirable things to exhibit, and disgraceful thing to fail to exhibit,  in any culture), but there is a ultimate cause.     The ultimate cause is the Israelis prioritizes the prevention and minimization of casualties amongst their own people.      Hamas prioritizes whipping up hysteria in the Islamic world and amongst fools like WH, and it believes keeping up such hysteria is necessary for the attainment of the eventual goal of getting rid of Israel.     To the Hamas, minimizing Palestinian casualties is not only not a priority but an unwanted thing that hinders progress towards its own real aim.

Ask why the Hamas killed a thousand Israelis,  it is exactly so that many times more Palestinians will die as a direct, predictable and desired result.

The terror campaigns of Israel since 1948 piled up and led to current reaction from Palestinian citizens.
Hamas's campaign was a response to Israeli war crimes that went on for about 80 years,

I agree with you, both sides should cease their attacks on civilians immediatlty. But I should stress that pouring gas on the turmoil doesn't help; actually it increases hate, grudge and stress leading to the inclusion of civilians in the struggle.

This is an Israeli woman speaking about experience with Hamas:

So many Israelies and Jews -from Israel and around the world- don't like what their government is doing in Gaza.
