Oh i don't know ZNK, perhaps Carl Sagan would have found some humor in being added alongside Jesus, Newton, and Einstein in some believers pantheon. Look at the number of actual people who made real contributions in that assembly of demi-gods. It's heavily favoring actual explanations and reality over platitudes and fantasy. 3/1. That's a landslide.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. Quote:He is supernatural.
What are the limits, scope and square-bounds of natural? Unless you properly define natural, supernatural is meaningless. I can just as easily throw in "Hypernatural" in there for your consideration too. I can propose the Invisible Pink Unicorn is greater than God because she is greater than supernatural.
Quote:There are different bodies in the world. There is the natural human body, animal bodies, fish bodies, and then there is the spiritual body.
That's bullshit. The word "BODY" means the PHYSICAL structure of a person or an animal, including the bones, flesh, and organs. You do not get to have your own contrived definition of the word "Body".
Quote:God has revealed that he is eternal, no beginning and no end.The universe and time itself has a bigining and therefore one day an end.
No, you are trying to argue from causality which is fallacious and erroneous when you try to apply it to cosmogony and consider that there is no before the Big Bang event. There was no time or space but some sort of "quantum singularity". It is senseless to describe events in time before or after time. You can't go further back than before inflation and quantum fluctuations because when you approach the Planck epoch/Grand unification epoch physics no longer makes sense.
The universe may have always existed in some form or other, it may have no "beginning" or "end". It may be infinite. The laws of nature such as potential wells and zero-point energy mean energy is indestructible. True absolute zero where it could be theorised that taking all the energy out of matter until it ceases to be can never be attained by thermodynamic means because of said laws of thermodynamics. That's why a lot of theists namely pandeists are proponents of the popular idea that "God" is the actual Universe, therefore everyone and everything is "God" simply having fun and/or masturbating.
Quote:The bible itself is not a regular common Book.
Its just a book, written by man.
Quote:Isaac Newton studied the bible and discovered that it was written in a mathematical puzzle or code.
Why do Christians always making appeals to authority with Isaac Newton? The man although influential to say the least doesn't excuse the fact that was a complete and utter petty little TWAT, hardly a role model for anyone, and quite possibly a plagiarist too, but that's open to debate.
Oh, and Albert Einstein was painfully intellectually dishonest when it came to confessing that he had de-converted to atheism to his Jewish peers.

Closing your BS with 'God-Damn', 'Zeus Punish' or "Thor Hammers Nails" carries just about as much weight. >.>

Every time someone mentions jebus I can't help but think of this -

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan
Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.
Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.
You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.

I truely recommend for all of you to read Numbers in Scripture by E.W. Bullinger.
He followed Newton study of the mathematical intelligence behind the bible.I also recommend all of you to watch the vedeo by Carl Sagan on 4th dimension, and perhaps these works will shed some light on the subject.
Without the proper education on the subject, you will never understand.
I am sorry if it seems like im trying to insult your intelligence, But im not. I am sure you are a very intelligent human being. But to spend your life studying God, mathematics, physics, and the universe is not an easy subject. That is why there exist so much confusion on the subject.
I believe that "trying" is all we can do in life. But in trying , we must read all the evidence and become educated on the subject.
If you do not understand the bible, read the commentaries by experts like E.W.Bullinger (numbers in scripture and other books of his) and Newton.
I had an excellent time in this discussion with all of you. I do not hate the atheist or any other religion or race. To "Hate" is to go against my principals. I just don’t agree with a lot of philosophies based on the facts and evidence against them. In the end i hope we all learned something about our beliefs. Please do not reply, i will not be answering anymore questions, do to the fact that there are children in this forum who even if slaped with the evidence, still would not understand.I have said what was meant to be said. For the rest of you who are respectful, I wish you all the best in life. Merry Christmas and God Bless.

I truly recommend that you read a textbook. Carl Sagan's video is great, but if you wanted to talk books, the video is Carl Sagan's take on explaining something that was very well expressed in a novella called "Flatland" by Edwin Abbot.
(cutting edge stuff btw...in 1884).

I'd get that split personality checked out, mate. Also, don't tell us not to reply. We don't care if you never come back, but I'm sure we'll all have a damn good laugh in your absence.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Sounds like Jesus just needed an excuse to fart in public.

What is God? God is spirit, therefore he is more than natural. He is supernatural. There are different bodies in the world. There is the natural human body, animal bodies, fish bodies, and then there is the spiritual body. Example: the body of AIR , you cannot see it, but you can see it's efects when the wind blows the leaves off a tree.
The human being is limited to the physical world. We can only study the things that we see, hear, smell and feel using our limited technology.
We only know the things that God has revealed.God has revealed that he is eternal, no beginning and no end.The universe and time itself has a bigining and therefore one day an end.God revealed himself to humanity in the form of a man called Jesus. God revealed his words in the book called the word of God or bible. The bible itself is not a regular common Book. Isaac Newton studied the bible and discovered that it was written in a mathematical puzzle or code. This is the reason why we study Jesus and the bible. To discover God in any other way would require the person to be a genius, with the example of Isaac newton or Albert Einstein discovery of God using mathematics and the laws of physics.
The human being lives in a Three dimensional world or a physical world (check out Einstein or Carl Sagan 3 dimension explanation on you tube).God exist in another dimension, but he has the capability to enter our 3 dimension world when he wants to. We the humans are limited to this 3D world and cannot cross over to another dimension. To compare God's world and dimension to our world is like comparing apples and oranges .The use of science to reveal God Being or existence is not the proper way. But it is the proper way to study Jesus, the bible and Israel.
Albert Einstein said; "I'm not an atheist and I don't think I can call myself a pantheist. We are in the position of a little child entering a huge library filled with books in many languages. The child knows someone must have written those books. It does not know how. It does not understand the languages in which they are written. The child dimly suspects a mysterious order in the arrangements of the books, but doesn't know what it is. That, it seems to me, is the attitude of even the most intelligent human being toward God."
We are sure that you have heard about Sir Isaac Newton's contributions to Mathematics and Physics. His discovery of Gravity, his formulation of the laws of Motion and of interaction between bodies. Many of you will have heard of his invention of Calculus, of differentiation and of integration. But there is one thing that we are equally sure that most of you will have never heard of. And it is this:
Sir Isaac Newton knew that the Bible was written in a code.
He spent around half of his life trying to decode it.
Sir Isaac Newton in his book Principia said ; "The most beautiful system of the sun, planets, and comets, could only proceed from the counsel and dominion of an intelligent and powerful Being.
What did the two world's most intelligent scientists know that we today, do not know?
God Bless.
Ha, lol. He used the same quote we refuted in his last post.
Well, let's take your first argument. You say that air is real because we can see its effects. This is true.
Then you say that god is real, because we can see his effects. You have not been able to prove any instances in which god may have affected this world, so you cannot make that claim.
What falls away is always, and is near.
Also, I am not pretending to be female, this profile picture is my wonderful girlfriend. XD
