It does make sense intuitively, but consider the Moravec's Paradox. Human brains are powerful computers, but they are also very specialized to solve only certain kinds of tasks (that came useful during the evolution). That's why what seems simple to us has little correlation with what is actually simple to a computer. And the same is probably true to the brains of other animals, not just computers. We simply know too little about animal psychology to make such judgements.
Sapience:
ability to apply knowledge or experience or understanding or common sense and insight
or
the capacity to be self-aware
In the case of taxonomic identification, both apply.
It's something you obviously lack.
So, does that somehow magically give you the right to kill and eat me? Of course it doesn't.

Of course it does. Don't be so provincial.

Since you quite obviously missed it...
The point was not that anyone wants to eat you, but that you obviously have nether the ability to apply knowledge or experience or understanding or common sense and insight, nor the capacity to be self-aware.
The fact that your share the lack of those attributes with cows, pigs, and chickens doesn't make you edible, just dumb as a rock.
Besides, I'll bet you're far too high in cholesterol to be a healthy meal.

This has veered wildly off-topic.

So, let's return to the topic. Recently, I received some criticism of my interpretation of the Croatian river names that "Karašica" cannot come from Illyrian *Kurrurrissia (via a Proto-Slavic form *Kъrъrьsьja) because Proto-Slavic phonotactics supposedly didn't allow four syllables with yers to be consecutive. Do you think that criticism is legit?

So, let's return to the topic. Who in the tudman administration faked a war so that they could sell weapons, to whom, and to what end.

Why are you asking us? No one here is conversant with the constraints of Proto-Slavic phonotactics. Nor do we care.
