Aguachile de camaron con cacahuate, 2 on a scale of 1 (spicy) to 5 (war crime). (Raw shrimp with chopped vegetables "cooked" in a vinegar based sauce with peanuts.

Birdseye garlic chicken skillet dinner. It was pretty flavorless. I ended up adding my own seasoning.

Fettuccine Alfredo and smoky barbecue chicken kabobs. The kabobs are from Lund's' deli. Meh. The sauce if Rao's. Still not a favorite, but I understand it better than when I first tried it.

We call them 'road burritos', 15cm flour tortillas rolled and filled with beans or potato, chile and a very small amount of meat, probably beef, and then grilled. Served 4 to a bag, nicely charred in a good way, 50 pesos (about $3 USD)

I've got a second bag warming on the dashboard in the Sonoran sun.
