Just finished running power to the mosquito killing contraption. Put the wiring inside some PVC pipe that will get buried. Knelt down to install one of the pipe sections and cracked a sprinkler supply line on the pressure side.  Panic  Old man with stitches in his hand from a recent surgery, and an arthritic knee that precludes easy decent to the ground and is using a cane, breaks a pipe. I don't know why I bother with this shit, except that I can't expect the one son who will actually do shit around here to do everything. Now, he's gonna be stuck replacing a 3/4" PVC cross tee. It's gonna be a real bitch. Would've been better to have him do this job.
Coming up, burgers on the grill.  Hungry The wife doesn't want to do them, except in the oven. :Rolleyes  It's another teaching moment for my youngest son, doing some grilling. I didn't grille food until I was in my 30s, either. I am NOT going to handle raw meat with a bunch of stitches on my hand, band-aid or not.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
