This sounds an awful like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, but I'm intrigued by one of the leads.

I like how they incorporated a trans character into Kaos.

It hasn't been confirmed yet, but I hope there's a second season.

More than a decade ago it was suggested on an episode of Gray's that an obese man be brought to the zoo where he can receive a proper examination with equipment meant for larger animals. The doctors refused as it was a dignity issue.

Fast forward to now. The Spanish hospital show Breathless had no qualm bringing an obese man to the zoo for that examination.

Also, they didn't do a good job of hiding the fact that one guy was searching for Shephard while carrying a gun.

They really captured the terror of an active shooter, though.
