That's not an issue unless your a bigot

Nope conservatives want trans people gone period and no shoved anything on anybody. Conservatives are angry trans-people exist at all.

I am not one of those who holds that everything we believe must be proven with objective evidence. Some people hold that. Apparently Coyne, Pinker, and Dawkins do. But I do not.
Would you do me the courtesy of actually answering my question? What's a discussion when one party simply ignores points made by another?

(Bold mine)
Transexuals are shoving their behaviour on you? As long as everyone involved is a consenting adult, I wish you joy.
Boru To these folks the mere presence of trans-people is "shoving it on them"

I don't understand the freakout about who wants to be seen as a man or a woman. I simply don't get it. The first trans person I ever met was in 1979 when I was 22 years old and I found her to be fascinating. It's just never been an issue in my world. People need to worry about their own selves and quit spending so much time focused on other people's gender/sexuality.
The song they sing is always-they are after the kids. No, most of them are not after the kids. That would be the priests, creepy uncles, and scout leaders that put themselves in a position to be near kids often enough to gain their trust.

But...but...he has to concern himself with all the fake danger the real women are in, all the while completely missing the reality of conservative laws that harm women more.

MAGAs are overly concerned with people's junk. Mind your own damn business. Live and let live. MAGAs are the ones dictating healthcare restrictions, banning books, checking who uses which restroom. They're so scared shitless that they carry guns openly to show off how dangerous they are. And they're always the victim. Bunch of nervous nellies only concerned about themselves.

"I don't have anything against gay people so long as they keep it to themselves. If they hadn't shoved it in our faces by things like kissing in public, I'd have no objection."
I'm reminded of an interview of a conservative woman who asserted that homosexuals wanted to have more rights than heterosexuals, to which the interviewer asked if by more she meant that they wanted equal rights, and she affirmed that, saying yes. Gays, queers, trans, are okay so long as they aren't allowed to have the same rights as other people. That's just basically a form of oppression. Trying to erase and make them invisible.

Sounds like it's a problem of appearance/perception more than a problem of intent/actions. The issue should be the latter.
And if intent/actions are the actual issue then I think we need to keep all clergy out of public restrooms.
