Songs and bands about Atheism. The best bands I know for this are Rush and REM. Rush has songs like BU2B where he's talking about how he was raised to believe things were meant to be, "some will be rewarded and the devil will take the rest." "All is for the best, believing what we're told, blind men in the market buying what we're sold". I love that line. It's such a good metaphor for religion. 



And REM has songs like New Test Leper where he's saying "I can't say that I love Jesus, that would be a hollow claim." Or Undertow where he sings "Brother, can you see those birds? They don't look to Heaven. They don't need religion, they can see. They go down to the water. Drink down of the water. Fly up off the water, leave them be."




There's also Real World by Gamma Ray which goes "God is an illusion and there ain't no paradise, and there is no underworld below. Out there is no Heaven and there ain't no Antichrist. Welcome to the real world And the show!"
