They are inherent in that one can justify them by arguing from the position of negative rights. They are not inherent in the sense that they are "objective truths" that have always existed. Rights require a mind to exist, so they are subjective. However, as logic seems to be inherent to our minds, and negative rights are based on logic, rights are inherent in that specific context.

That is not moral nihilism. Thinking of morals is an error according to this philosophy. You are more of a moral universalist Tiberius, not a nihilist. You have claimed that rights are logical because the human mind is logical. Logic is a INHERENCY in the universe. By suggesting a "right to life" is logical is arguing that the right to life is a universal right. That is 100% NOT what a moral nihilist says.

Moral nihilism is distinct from moral relativism, which does allow for moral statements to be true or false in a non-objective sense, but does not assign any static truth-values to moral statements, and of course moral universalism, which holds moral statements to be objectively true or false. Insofar as only true statements can be known, moral nihilism implies moral skepticism.

You didnt say "I am skeptical that unborn babies have rights". No, that is the bare minimum that a moral nihilist would suggest. Instead you have claimed that a right to life is "logical", and since the human mind is logical, then it is logical to hold to the right to life. Logic is an "inherent truth" in this cosmos. By calling a moral argument "logical", you have exited the realm of nihilism and entered the realm of moral universalism. Logic is by its very nature and properties UNIVERSAL and INHERENT.
