If the natural evidence of the world.. contradicts your beliefs... maybe its time to rethink your beliefs, because you can't rethink the natural world.

(Couldn't find the YT clip for this, have to settle for a quote)

"You know the very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common. They don't alter their views to fit the facts. They alter the facts to fit the views. Which can be uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering."
-- The Doctor, The Face Of Evil, 1977.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

(Here's what you've given me)
Answers received:
Tobie - motivated by his wishes and doesn't want the bumble bees that sustain his life to go away.
Paul the Human - motivated by his empathy and bad feelings. Also feels that it's his duty. Welsh Cake agrees.
Insanity X - motivated by "WANTS"
R-e-n-n-a-t - doesn't like it and doesn't want to be idle.
Begynol - feels responsible.
FaithNoMore - It's his "best interest" which contradicts his own screen name.
(My favorite!)
5thHorseman - Has become powerful enough to shape natural selection. WOW!

I didn't know I was going to strike such an emotional chord on this one.
Thanks everyone for responding!!!

Hello Egor/Edward, having fun trolling again?

Btw it is vital to our own existence for us to preserve biological diversity and if you think we don't have the ability to shape natural selection either intentionally or unintentionally then you are ignorant as well as stupid.

Even though I know you're a troll, and this is entirely pointless, I'm going to give you the what for.

Why do evolutionists protect endangered species?

First, you're assuming that they all do. How do you know for sure that all evolutionists protect endangered species? You don't, but for the sake of argument, we'll say that all evolutionists protect endangered species.

There are practical reasons for protecting endangered species, just as so many here have pointed out. Ever heard of the symbiosis? (GOOGLE IT) I'm guessing you haven't or you wouldn't ask such ridiculous questions in the first place.

Evolutionists don't have any beliefs about natural selection. Do you believe you breathe oxygen? Do you believe that 2+2=4? No you don't. You know it to be fact, just as evolutionists know natural selection to be a fact. You choose to deny the facts, and believe something other than fact. And don't fucking forget that.

Just because you don't understand evolution, and aren't willing to understand it, for whatever reason, doesn't mean you know anything about the people who do understand it.

We understand, and because we understand things, we care. Protecting species other than our own is vital to our own survival.

We're smart enough to know this, and protect them, and in doing so, we will be naturally selected as a species to live on, thus proving natural selection to be a fact.

If you don't get that, it's no one's fault but your own. Troll.

You should see his review on this forum. It's hilarious... especially considering how recent it is.

I missed something. Why does he say he's banned? Looks blue to me...

I actually don't dislike the guy, just some of the crazy shit he says. We get a lot of him over at TTA.

Because he's been banned as Egor, Edward, Edward the theist and as Christian Knight.

FYI, I don't know that this is Egor.

But the style of posting is strongly reminiscent of him.

So I wouldn't be surprised at all.

I don't really dislike him either. Just about everything he says is a load of bull-honkey, and I admit that I despised him at first, but he's not all that bad.

I dunno if this guy is Edward, but I agree with Zen that it very well could be.
