Do you say oh my God or gosh?
Before I'd say omg
Then as xtian I said oh my gosh
Now I still find my self saying gosh or God intermittently.

Do y'all say it? What are some good replacement phrases?

RE: Do you say oh my God or gosh?
I usually use "oh gods" or "By Jove"

I say "Hasbünallahuvenimelvekilvenimelmevlavenimelnasır", when my patience is tested.
I say "Allah Allah"...when I'm surprised.
I say "Mazallah" when I don't want something to happen.
I say "Maşallah" when I like something(to protect it from the evil eye).
I say "Ya Allah Bismillah" when starting something, anything.

Well, these are like things engraved in our tongue.

yes 'oh my god' is deeply entrenched within our language unfortunately, I am doing my best to iron it out and tell the kids off for saying it.

I use that and 'Jesus Christ!'

funny how I only use these words as replacements for swearing

I say, "holy fuck," or "Jesus fucking christ."
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

I say "Oh my god!" and "Jesus Christ" and all that. It doesn't bother me at all, as I don't mean it literally. It's just a colloquialism.

I do say it. But when I feel like changing it up I tend to use, "Oh my Spaghetti Monster" or "Oh my Yahweh".

It really depends on the situation... but, more recently I have been saying "oh my Haruhi!". You will have to have seen The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya to understand.
