I've been late to Jummah prayers before, it's the intention that matters. Not being reckless to get there. :/
Islamically we are taught:
a) Respect the laws of the land (we are in.)
b) Go about things safely and patiently (as hard as it may be, often.)
I hardly think, though, it's fair to post this up as a religious issue. People of all religious views speed, no matter how frivolous the reason.

Very true, but some reasons are more frivolous than others, this is one of them.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Agreed, just a pair of young dickheads, all ego and testosterone, who also happen to be Muslim.

Do all muslims pray 5 times a day?
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

This just reminds me of how frustrating and difficult it is to live as a devout moslem. You have to worry about breaking rules made by invisible being, all the time. You have to be at Friday prayers at 12 o'clock. You have to make sure to redo ablution (washing your body parts before praying) if you fart in a prayer (so that if you fart just at the end of a prayer, your whole prayer is considered invalid, therefore you have to redo the ablution again and pray again by yourself). So when you fart, you have to leave the prayers ritual straight away to the ablution room and go back and rejoin your fellow prayers, and if you rejoin while the prayers end, your previous prayers did not count as a valid prayer.
If you get angry just when the fasting time is almost over, your fasting the whole day doesn't count in the eye of god and the prophet.
If you splurge on souvenirs while you're doing hajj pilgrimage in Mecca, your whole time spent in the hot desert with millions of people is considered wasteful.

Farting makes the prayer invalid? I thought it already was...
Have they got a problem with bodily functions?
