Messages From The Dead

One of them was from a dead work colleague, he told me the name of a drug gang leader the police wanted but didn't know who was responsible. The name passed to me had two fore names and a surname. I informed the police. A few weeks later it was reported on the news that the man had been arrested. All the names were correct.
I had also told my work colleagues of the dream, they too were cynical and later speechless when it transpired I had been right. They didn't speak to me for days

No one talks to the dead, they merely confuse mundane misfires of the brain which cause the illusion of such.

No one has ever survived permanent death. Once the brain is dead and decayed and your body has long rotted you are not alive. If you talk to the dead, I would suggest that you are under stress and or have a mental illness you need to get help for.

I am sorry if reality isn't sexy enough for some, but it is far better to face it so you can deal with it.

I don't talk to the dead. The dead friend spoke to me in a dream, leaving the info. When alive he worked in investigation and dealt with illegal drugs that were supposedly hidden.
Nobody knows what happens after death so your post is meaningless. I'm not religious and don't believe a word of the bible even though I was once a Christian.

yes the flesh becomes a piece of meat but the mind/conscience/personality doesn't. Another dream I had was a murdered girl appeared and told me the name of her murderer. A year later that murderer was arrested. The name was the same. I had written to inform the police the day after my dream to tell them the name.

You don't know that for sure Downbeat, just as no one else does. You are only surmising.

what about the people that have had out of body experiences? I know a few who have, this was way back in the 70s when nobody had heard of them.
A couple I worked with were in a head on car crash and were off work for months recovering. When I chatted to them when they returned to work, I asked what it was like. They both said it was very strange and said they weren't 'there' at the point of impact, they knew the crash couldn't be avoided but they were above the two cars watching the crash happen and watching themselves be thrown about. They then don't recall anything else until they woke up in hospital. All of us were puzzled by it and had no answers. Then, perhaps from the 90s onwards, people did come forward with similar incidents.

Has anyone else on here had messages from the dead? I have; in 70 years of dreams only had three that were messages. The info given in those dreams proved to be true

It's like the "who was phone" story.
