Why I am still a Christian.

Does your 'work for the church' correspond to the "Fruits of a Christian" as outlined by the bible?
Granted the boy really has all the makings of an atheist despite the self realization of it. He still has those few drawbacks that are hard to overcome at 13. Saying over and over again that he is an atheist wont make him say he is. Stimbo and whoever else that have been asking him questions are doing a better job at getting him past his drawbacks by making him answer these questions and pointing out the answer is always the same and isn't really thought out.
I'm no one special and I treat everyone the best I possibly can, but to you believer, despite my acts, I am condemned to hell.

Did you not read the passage in Matthew 7 I referenced? What are your fruit? Would yoou consider the things you have listed as the 'fruit' or the high points of your Christian yeild? The Bible says so many things you can practically place any quality under the fruits of a Christian and claim it's biblical. Yes, most certainly. I don't think I would use St Matthew 7 as a reference. That's really bonkers. In Matthew 7 there is mentioned another group of people who have identified their works with the 'church' as their fruit. 15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them. I Never Knew You 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ Appearently their/your works aren't the Spiritual fruit Christ is looking for. For the Men Christ "Never knew" based their worthyness on the works they did for the church as well. Meaning there must be some other fruit than what you have yeilded that God is demanding. You are still trying to convince Greene of his non-christianity by using passages from a book that he already said he considers full of shit?
