Now when you say the middle of nowhere what do you mean exactly? Because I remember living in a place called Widdington for about... ooooh... five years. That was literally middle of nowhere. No people. No shops. Nothing.
Five years. I'm not ashamed to say I went slightly mental during that time. Still, there were some perks. How many places could you run stark bollock naked through a field at night and not get arrested? Not many I can tell you.
Going for walks was generally unsettling as one is easily lost through the never-ending maze of the woods. Such disorientation can remain till nightfall and then you really are fucked.
I suppose what I'm really asking is; how many fields have you ran naked through in your time there and am I in danger of having my high score beaten.

No high score here. Your prowess at that slightly hilarious yet disturbing activity is not in jeopardy. Even if I did have the opportunity to run in the wilds I probably wouldn't due to the multitude of adverse health affects.
I live in a village of 200. We have a post office, restaurant and one grocery store (where I currently work.) You must drive a half hour to get anywhere larger. 2 hours to anywhere with something resembling culture. My boyfriend lives and 1 hr 15 away in a military town. Everyone near my age is a Mennonite or has left this desolate place. I talk to sixteen year olds and forty year olds. It's rather dull. Thank God for the weekends where I can escape.

But what do you get up to in the dunes on the cape at midnight? Do I even want to know?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Two, possibly 3 (very inebriated at the time, it's hard to remember). But I'll raise you getting chased down by a drunk driving a golf cart while running naked through said field, and the fact that this all occurred in a dry county (meaning we had to find someone of legal drinking age to not only buy us booze, but who was willing to cross the county line to do so).

I've always wondered how much this actually helps though. Christian doctrine has built within it a whole mechanism to keep the believer thinking backwards. Let me give an example: my bible study leader once took a stab (but in good faith, which is what's worrying) at my university studies because the "knowledge of this world is evil". I can't be bothered looking up the verse but I've read it for myself. It's this sort of mentality that keeps the strongest of believers at bay, never to see the light of day.
My two cents anyways. Welcome by the way
